Referring to the agreement letter for the research grant program and community service between the Chairperson of LPPM and the Chief Executive of Community Service dated June 14, 2019 Number: 293/UN40.D/PP/2019, we submit to immediately upload progress reports to litabmas.upi.edu with due date 04 October 2019. The files that must be uploaded include:

  1. Report on the progress of the research implementation in accordance with the guidelines (70%);
  2. Upload a Statement Letter (SPTB) for the funds that have been determined (70%)
  3. Filling in Daily Notes.

As for the completeness of the research administration, it is mandatory to submit the following physical files:

  1. Progress report;
  2. Daily notes;
  3. Statement of Responsibility accompanied by evidence of research budget expenditures;
  4. The physical files are bound with the following conditions:
    a. Administrative completeness is bound into 1 (one) file and 2 (two) copies are collected;
    b. Attach the original SPTB, and a wet-signed attestation sheet;
    c. Include the source of funds according to the contract on the cover file;
    d. Cover is white for Research;
    e. Green cover for Research-Based Community Service (PkM-BHP);
    f. The red cover is for Community Service through Partnership-Based Development of Fostered Villages (PkM Fostered Villages);
    g. Yellow cover for Community Service through Partnership-Based Development of Assisted Villages (PkM Fostered Villages);
    h. The white cover is for Community Service Based on Expertise in the Field of Science (PkM in the Field of Science).
