On December 14, 2021, Lecturers of the Business Education Study Program took part in the Up Skilling Certified Strategy Business Analyst (CSBA) activity in collaboration with AHS Management. AHS Management is a training and certification institution that has legalization to issue of professional certifications in Indonesia. AHS Management has collaborated with AAPM (American Academy of Project Management), an international accreditation agency based in the United States, to conduct the CSBA certification test.
Located at the Tjokro Hotel, West Jakarta for four days starting on December 14 – 17, 2021. This CSBA is not only intended for business people but also for a lecturer in order to deliver knowledge to students in the process of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM). It is to face the ever-changing business environment, executives need to equip themselves with new strategic business analysis skills; namely the ability to analyze various factors in the business that will assist in the understanding, interpretation, and characterization of strategic issues that determine the viability of the company.
In developing a strategy, intuition is needed. However, in terms of strategy execution, if an executive only relies on intuition without having competence in the field of strategic management, then it is not enough to make the strategy that has been designed to be successful in the future. Therefore, the Certified Strategy Business Analyst training will lead a person to be able to solve problems related to achieving success in strategic planning.
